If a site blocks monity.ai

Some sites use bot protection that blocks automated visitors, including monitoring tools. When that happens, a check captures a block page, a CAPTCHA or an error instead of the content. Here’s what to try, in order.

  1. Check what the task actually saw

Open the latest check and look at the screenshot. If it shows an “access denied”, “verify you are human” or similar page, the site is blocking the check.

  2. Check from another location

On the Advanced tab, set Proxy to the site’s own country. Many sites are stricter with visitors from abroad.

  3. Use your own proxy

If you have a residential or business proxy, save it in Integrations (left sidebar) on the Custom proxy card, and choose Custom proxy (from Integrations) on the task.

  4. Sign in, if the site has accounts

Signed-in visitors are often trusted more. Sign in once in the live browser.

  5. Check less often

Very frequent checks are more likely to be flagged. Every few hours is usually enough for most pages.

Still blocked?

Click Help and support (the ? at the top right of the app) and send us the task. Tell us which page and what you need from it; we’ll look at what the site returns.
