How to close an organization account (admins only)

This guide is intended for organization administrators who need to permanently close an organization account. Important: Closing an organization account will permanently delete all data and user accounts associated with the organization. This action is irreversible and cannot be undone.

Steps to close an organization account

Access the accounts menu

• On the left-hand side menu of your dashboard, click on Accounts.

Locate the close organization button

• Scroll to the bottom of the account details section. As an admin, you will see the option to Close organization.

Confirm closure

• Click Close organization. A confirmation message will appear, asking if you are sure you want to close the organization account.
• Confirm your choice to proceed.

Permanent deletion warning

• Once confirmed, the organization account, including all data, user accounts, files, and settings, will be permanently removed. This action cannot be undone.

Important notes

• Data loss: Closing the organization account permanently deletes all associated data, including user accounts, files, and any organization-specific settings.
• No recovery: Ensure that any essential information is saved or exported beforehand, as recovery is not possible after the account is closed.
