Change your email

Change the email you sign in with and receive alerts at. The change applies as soon as you save.

  1. Edit your email

    Click your avatar at the top right, choose Profile and type the new address in Email on the Your details card.

  2. Confirm with your password

    A Confirm it’s you card appears. Enter your Current password and click Update.

From then on you sign in with the new address, and alerts are sent there.

If it doesn’t save

“Email already exists in the system” means another monity.ai account uses that address. “Current password is invalid” means the password didn’t match. If you signed up with Google and never set a password, you won’t be asked for one.
