How fast is critical-incident support?
Enterprise plans include a 24/7 hotline with a 15-minute SLA on P1s. Business plans get 1-hour first-response during business hours. Free and Solo are best-effort within one business day.
Can we self-host?
Yes — single-tenant deployments are available on the Enterprise plan, deployable to your AWS, GCP, or Azure account via Terraform. Talk to sales to scope a deployment.

Acknowledged within 24 hours. Severity assessment within 72 hours. Coordinated disclosure timeline agreed within 7 days. PGP key on our /security page.
