Can Monity watch listing portals?
It watches the pages you give it, such as a search results page, a broker’s listings page or a single listing. Some large portals block automated visitors; when a page can’t be read, the task says so instead of guessing.
Can it watch pages behind a login?
Yes. Sign in once in the live browser and Monity keeps the session for its checks.
Can new listings go into a spreadsheet?
Each alert can go to Google Sheets as a new row, with the time, the page, the AI summary, a link to the before and after, and the value Monity read.
How often are pages checked?
Every 3 hours on the free plan, every hour on Personal 1k, every 15 minutes on Personal 5k, Business 1k and Business 10k, every 5 minutes on Personal 10k and Business 20k and up, and every minute on Enterprise.
