Iframe

Some content sits inside an iframe, a page embedded in another page, such as a booking widget, a store locator or a chat form. Steps can’t reach it until you tell monity.ai to work inside that frame.

  1. Add an Iframe step

    On the task’s Automations tab, add a step and choose Iframe.

  2. Pick the frame

    Click the pointer icon and then the embedded area in the page preview, or type the frame’s CSS selector, such as iframe#booking.

  3. Add the steps for inside the frame

    Add Click, Type, Select or other steps after the Iframe step. They act on the content inside the frame.
