Monity lets you customize when your tasks are monitored by setting specific days, times, or exact dates. This feature ensures you monitor content only when it’s relevant, improving efficiency and reducing unnecessary checks.
Steps to Schedule monitoring
Open Scheduling Options
- Go to the task settings and navigate to the Schedule section.
- By default, Monity monitors tasks continuously, from Monday to Sunday, 24 hours a day.
Customize Monitoring Days
- To monitor on specific days only, deselect the days you don’t want to include. For example:
- If you only want to monitor during weekdays, deselect Saturday and Sunday.
Set Time Conditions
- If you want to monitor tasks only during certain hours, toggle on the Time Conditions option.
- Specify the monitoring window by setting a start time (e.g., 6 PM) and an end time (e.g., 10 PM).
Monitor on an Exact Date
- To monitor on a specific date, toggle on the Exact Date option.
- Use the calendar picker to select the exact day for monitoring.
Save Your Preferences
- Once your schedule is set, save the task. Monity will monitor based on your selected timeframe.
Examples of Scheduling Use Cases
- Weekday Monitoring: Focus on monitoring business-related tasks Monday to Friday by excluding weekends.
- Evening Monitoring: Track updates during specific hours, such as 6 PM to 10 PM.
- Event Monitoring: Use the Exact Date option for one-time monitoring, such as product launches or events.
By tailoring Monity’s scheduling options, you can monitor tasks only when it matters, saving time and ensuring relevant updates are captured.
