How to mute all notifications in your account

If you need to pause notifications from Monity, whether to take a break or temporarily avoid alerts, you can easily mute all notifications through your profile settings.

How to Mute All Notifications

Access Your Account Settings:

• From the dashboard, use the left-hand menu and click on Account.

Open Your Profile Details:

• This will bring up your profile page, displaying your personal and organization information.

Mute Notifications:

• Locate the Mute Notifications toggle near the bottom of the profile details.

• Toggle it on to mute all notifications. This will stop Monity from sending any alerts until you choose to unmute.

To resume receiving alerts, simply return to your profile settings and toggle notifications back on. This flexible feature helps you stay in control of your notification preferences.
