How to delete a workspace from your account

If you need to remove a workspace in Monity, the process is simple and straightforward. Follow these steps to delete a workspace that’s no longer needed.

Steps to Delete a Workspace

Access your workspaces:

• From your Monity dashboard, click on Account in the left-hand menu.
• Navigate to the Workspaces section.

Select the workspace to delete:

• If you have multiple workspaces, locate the one you wish to delete.

Open more options:

• Hover over the workspace card and click on the three vertical dots (...) to reveal additional options.

Delete the workspace:

• From the dropdown menu, select Delete.
• Confirm the action when prompted. Deleting a workspace will remove all tasks, users, and associated data within it.

Important notes

• Irreversible action: Deleting a workspace is permanent. Ensure that you no longer need the tasks or data within the workspace before proceeding.
• Backup any data: If you need to keep any information from the workspace, make sure to save or export it beforehand.
