How to change your email address
If you need to update the email address associated with your Monity account, follow the steps below.
Go to my account
- On the left-hand side menu, click on Account to access your account settings.
Edit email address
- In the email field under your profile details, enter the new email address you want to use.

Provide current password
- For security purposes, you will be required to enter your current password to confirm the change. You’ll see a password field appear under the email input section.

Save changes
- Once you’ve entered your new email and current password, confirm the changes by clicking Update button.
Important notes
- Security check: Providing your current password ensures that only authorized users can update the email address.
