Manage notifications and add additional CC emails 

Monity makes it simple to customize how you receive alerts about changes in your monitored content. You can manage your notification settings and add additional CC email recipients to ensure the right people stay informed.

Managing notification settings

Access the notifications panel:

  • On the right-hand side of your task settings, locate and click on the Notifications tab.

Configure notification preferences:

  • Once in the Notifications panel, you’ll see various options for how you can be notified.
  • Email notifications: Toggle the switch to enable or disable email notifications. Disabling this option will stop Monity from sending you any new alerts via email.

Additional integrations like Slack and Teams are coming soon.

Adding additional CC emails

Enable email notifications:

  • Make sure the email toggle is switched on.

Add a CC email address:

  • Under the Email section, you’ll find a field labeled CC email. Click + Add to input an additional email address. This allows you to send notifications to multiple recipients.
  • You can add as many CC email addresses as needed to keep your team updated.

Delete a CC email:

  • To remove a CC email, click the trash icon next to the email address you want to delete.

Important tips

  • Customizing alerts: Only enable the notifications you need to avoid unnecessary emails or messages.
  • Team collaboration: Use CC email addresses to ensure that key team members are informed when important changes are detected.
