Flexible monitoring: Allowing users to monitor entire web pages or specific elements and customise the frequency of checks.
Notifications: Sending alerts via email or other communication channels when changes are detected.

Monity offers different subscription tiers, with varying levels of access to features and monitoring capacities.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using Monity, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms and to abide by all of the conditions of use.

3. Account Registration

To use Monity, you must create an account and provide accurate and complete information, including your email address and payment details (if subscribing to a paid plan). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Monity immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security.

By creating an account with Monity.ai, you agree to receive marketing emails, product updates, and promotional offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in our emails or by adjusting your account settings.

4. Subscription and Payment

Monity offers both free and paid subscription plans. The following terms apply to all paid subscriptions:

Billing and Payment: Subscription fees are billed in advance and will be charged to the payment method provided when you sign up. Fees may vary based on your chosen subscription plan (e.g., monthly or annual billing cycles).
Auto-Renewal: Unless cancelled, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the applicable billing cycle. By providing a payment method, you authorise Monity to charge you for the recurring subscription fees.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial billing cycles.
Price Changes: Monity reserves the right to change subscription fees for any of its plans, but will notify you in advance of any changes. If you do not agree with the new prices, you can cancel your subscription before the price change takes effect.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to use Monity in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party terms of use. Specifically, you agree that you will not:

Monity reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these responsibilities.

6. Intellectual Property

Monity and its licensors retain all intellectual property rights to the Services, including the platform, code, design, and related content. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to use the Services for personal or business purposes, in accordance with these Terms.
