How to add and edit labels for tasks
Labels in Monity.ai help you organize your monitored tasks by grouping them into categories. This feature makes it easier to manage and sort tasks on your dashboard, allowing you to track similar types of changes across different pages.
Adding a label to a task
Open task settings
- When creating or editing a task, locate the Task label section within the task settings.
Choose or create a label
- Use existing label: Select a label from the dropdown list if you already have relevant labels created (e.g., "Deals," "Tech News").
- Create a new label: Click on Add label to add a custom label name. Enter the desired label (e.g., "Competitors" or "Updates") and click Add.
Apply the label
- Once added, the label will be displayed next to the task on your dashboard, allowing you to quickly identify the category.
Managing all labels
To view and manage all labels in your account:
Navigate to the labels section
- Go to Account > Labels from the main menu.
View, add, edit, or delete labels
Here, you can view all created labels, edit their names, or delete any that are no longer needed.
