Regulator publications

New statements and policies, the day they are posted.

Watch a regulator’s news or publications page. Monity’s AI reads the list of publications, and each check marks the new ones, so the alert names what was published instead of saying “the page changed”.

Documents

Policies and agreements, read as documents.

Guidance, policies and data processing agreements often live in PDFs that are replaced at the same address. Monity renders the pages, compares them on every check and writes the summary from the document’s text.

The record

Every check kept, with its date and its screenshot.

The task’s history keeps every check with its time, screenshot and summary, so you can see when a page changed and what it said before.

FAQ

Questions about Regulatory Compliance

Which pages can Monity watch for compliance?
Any public page or PDF: regulators’ news and publication pages, sub-processor lists, terms and privacy policies, and documents at a fixed address. Pages behind a login can be watched after you sign in once in the live browser.
Can it tell a real change from formatting noise?
Yes. Auto mode alerts on meaningful changes, and a Notify me when rule, such as “a new policy statement is published”, keeps everything else quiet.
Do you keep a history of changes?
Yes. Every check is kept with its time, screenshot and AI summary, and for documents the before and after of each page.
Does Monity hold security certifications?
Not yet: we don’t hold SOC 2, ISO 27001 or a HIPAA BAA today. The trust page explains how data is handled and what we can share for a vendor review.
Where do alerts go?
Email, Microsoft Teams, Slack, Discord, Telegram, Google Sheets or a webhook, on every plan.
