Changes to how a check decides that something changed.
- No change alert when a page switches to or from a captcha, an access-denied page or a sign-in page.
- Notify me when rules are checked even when the change is a small part of the page.
- A row added at the top of a list, or a card that moves, no longer counts as many new or removed items.
- If the previous screenshot can’t be loaded, the check tries again instead of missing the change.
